What counts as a generation minute?
Only real avatar video rendering. When you publish, unchanged steps reuse their existing clips for free; republishing an unchanged flow costs nothing, and text-only publishes never consume minutes. You see the estimated cost before every render, and every spent second is itemized in your billing log.
How far do the minutes go?
A typical onboarding step is around nine seconds of avatar video, so 10 minutes is roughly 65 step renders a month - several full flows. Since unchanged steps are never re-billed, iterating on scripts costs far less than the first render.
How does the free trial work?

What happens when I use all my minutes?
Published flows keep running for your users - nothing your customers see ever breaks. New renders pause until you buy a generation pack, upgrade, or your next cycle starts.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata allowance for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of the cycle; anything over the new limits is deactivated, never deleted, so you can bring it back by upgrading again.
Do you charge per visitor or MAU?
No, and we never will. Every plan includes unlimited sessions and monthly active users - your success shouldn’t raise your bill.
What about refunds?
Billing runs through our merchant of record. If something isn’t right, email us; we’d rather fix the problem or refund the period than keep an unhappy customer.
